Our present supervisor is moving on therefore we are seeking to recruit a professional and experienced Restaurateur to move the business forward and to supervise and run the day to day operation of the recently opened New York Grill. The ideal candidate must possess a wealth of knowledge in food and wine service and have experience in running similar operation maximising potential revenue. You will also be well presented and have good experience in training and liquor stock controlling.
