The Brasserie is located in the original brick vaulted cellars of The Grange. The Brasserie itself was an air raid shelter in the 2nd World War creating a very unique atmosphere.
The ambience within the Brasserie is very cosy and informal, with soft background music creating a sophisticated and relaxed environment and is perfect for intimate dinners with friends and family.
The menu has been thoughtfully created by Head Chef, Mark Branklin, and incorporates homely classic dishes ranging from dry aged Rib eye steaks and lamb shank to the fragrant Thai green curry. You will also find a wine list to complement the range of dishes on the menu or should you fancy something a bit different, one of our expert staff can create you one of our signature cocktails.
