News Release 20 Nov 2012. The Grange Hotel, the award winning Regency town house in Bootham, York,  is delighted to welcome Mr Steven Hodgkinson as General Manager and Mr Mark Branklin as Head Chef.  Steven, who has over 12 years experience in the hospitality industry, joins The Grange Hotel following his position as General Manager of Aldwark Manor Golf & Spa Hotel. Prestigious hotel groups Hotel du  Vin, DeVere Hotels and Malmaison also feature in Steven’s impressive CV.

The Grange also welcomes new Head Chef Mark Branklin, whose previous experience includes Crathorne Hall, Executive Head Chef at Marriott Hollins Hall and Head Chef at Anthony at Flannels Restaurant in Leeds, where he helped the restaurant achieve Michelin Bib Gourmand status. He’s also worked with top brands Louis Vuitton and Paul Smith.
