The Grange Hotel are proud to re-introduce The Brasserie back to their vaulted cellars, after two years of being known as The New York Grill. The cellars of the regency hotel on Bootham housed The Brasserie from it's opening twenty three years ago and it is now being returned to its former glory. New General Manager, Steven Hodgkinson said, 'The obvious next step after the tried and tested results, was to return the Brasserie back to its original identity and let the food and service speak for themselves in what is a beautiful space to eat. Our new menu will take ideas from these great days, and serve comforting homely classics at a price suitable for all in these difficult times'. The Brasserie will run alongside the two AA Rosette Ivy Restaurant located upstairs and a calendar of events, including jazz evenings and wine dinners, will be introduced in due course.
