About our host: Amanda set up Prosecco-Ecco to share the delights of the Prosecco DOCG region with a greater number of people. She visits Italy regularly and takes tours to Prosecco Road for tasting trips. The Superiore Prosecco served speaks for itself, its light, crisp and fresh with notes synonymous with the winery of its production but varies in style from Dry through to Extra Brut and even to still Prosecco.
